- Free Assessment Meeting*- At this meeting listening to our clients is a priority. We listen to what you are currently doing as a business as it relates to your sales process, product offerings, sales force and then where you want to go as a business.
- Plan Review Meeting- After taking the information gathered during the Free Assessment Meeting a customized plan is developed for your business. During the Plan Review Meeting the plan will be outlined for you along with at least three packages that include which recommended services we offer that you can take advantage of to implement the plan. At this time your unique pricing structure will be discussed in detail along with expectations and time lines. Once you decide which package of services is the best fit for you then the Implementation Meeting is scheduled.
- Implementation Meeting- As a new client we work together on the plan designed to reach your goals. You can expect at this meeting the finished strategy, products and solution for the plan. Depending on which level of our involvement you choose at the Plan Review Meeting will determine the level of monitoring of the implementation of the designed plan.
